Ourselves and the Bristol Rovers Community Trust are jointly hosting a mental health awareness evening on Wednesday 14 November at the Memorial Stadium and we’d like you to come along. Yes, we want you.
It’s going to be an enjoyable evening to promote personal wellbeing and to tackle the stigma surrounding mental health.
Bristol Rovers are committed to supporting the people within its local community and offer opportunities to make a positive impact on their lives.
As you may be aware mental health is a topic that is still rarely spoken about within professional sport, particularly within football. As the number one sport in this country Bristol Rovers believe it is vitally important that football takes a lead on tackling the taboos that surround mental health.
This is a FREE event, with a suggested donation of £5 which will enter you into a prize draw. There will be a free buffet on offer and the bar will be open to purchase drinks.
All we need now is you, Yes, You, to come along.
We’d love to see You there!
What are the start and finish times please and what bar / room will it be in ? , Steve .

Sorry Steve, I only just saw this question. It starts at 7pm. Not sure when it finishes I’m afraid. You may need to ask the Community Trust. It will be in the bar behind the Thatcher’s Terrace. UTG, BRFPA
